EXPERIENCE

Robyn Wise is a partner who rejoined the firm in 2013. During her legal career, she has worked with a broad range of clients, including serving as in-house counsel for a Texas-based insurance company, and her practice has included all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on transportation litigation and premises liability litigation.

RECENT CASES (SECOND CHAIR)

  • Delia Booker v. Richard Cross (Dallas County, Texas). Obtained complete unanimous defense verdict at trial. Plaintiff alleged approximately $32,000 in past medical expenses as the result of a minor impact, rear-end collision. Jury returned their verdict in approximately 15 minutes.
  • Blanca Saravia v. Isobel Cuppan (Dallas County, Texas). Obtained defense verdict at trial. Plaintiff alleged that Defendant driver crossed the center line and collided with the front end of Plaintiff’s vehicle, resulting in approximately $40,000 in past and future medical expenses. Defendant contended that Plaintiff turned her vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle. Jury found Plaintiff 100 percent at fault for accident.
  • Obtained defense verdict at trial. The lawsuit arose out of a three-car accident involving Plaintiff, Hadil Al-Najjar and Benjamin Rosenthal. Hadil Al- Najjair settled prior to trial. Jury found settling party Hadil-Najiiar 100 percent at fault for the accident.
