Paul is a Senior Associate with extensive litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts. Prior to commercial and general liability litigation, Paul practiced patent prosecution, intellectual property litigation and transaction, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, and contract law. During that time, Paul cultivated his excessive attention to detail and skill in motions practice, litigation, and client resolve.
Prior to law school, Paul earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience & Behavior from Columbia University where he conducted research in transgenerational epigenetics, neuroeconomics, and cognitive neuropsychology. Paul thereafter researched cellular neurophysiology with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and investigated the molecular basis of Alzheimer’s Disease with Nobel Laureate Paul Greengard at Rockefeller University. Paul capped off his pre-legal career examining domestic and international macroeconomics with Dr. Arthur B. Laffer.
