Lenny is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney. He was born in Niagara Falls, New York in 1966. Lenny’s expertise includes areas of the law as banking litigation, estate litigation, partnerships contracts, professional liability, wrongful death and product liability claims.  He has been involved in numerous tax shelter cases and has handled intricate insurance and investment and tax litigation for clients across the country.


Lenny has extensive experience in both prosecuting and defending cases, including many involving Fortune 500 corporations.  He also specializes in litigation of investment fraud and stockholder misconduct, representing clients who have been victims of retirement plan fraud, including securities and Ponzi schemes to recover their losses. He has also tried over 60 jury trials. As a result of this diverse background, Lenny appreciates all sides of a dispute and anticipates his opponent’s actions before they happen.


Since 1991, Lenny has been lead counsel in over 60 jury trials. He has successfully negotiated settlements in numerous cases resulting in millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients, and also saving millions of dollars for his corporate clients.


On the plaintiff side, Lenny recently obtained a jury verdict in excess of $4 billion – the 9th largest in U.S. history.


Lenny has appeared in Courts from California to New Jersey and is regularly retained to represent clients in courts throughout the state of Texas.  Lenny has prosecuted and defended class action lawsuits in the state of Texas and the state of California. The cases were certified as class actions and culminated in payments of over millions of dollars in settlement proceeds.


Lenny has also worked directly with a number of insurance companies both in defending lawsuits in reviewing their business practices for potential litigation risks.


Lenny has handled investment litigation involving complex tax issues and has successfully recovered millions of dollars for clients who have tax exposure to the IRS.
