About Meredith

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Allen joined the firm in August 2009, bringing previous experience litigating products liability, mass tort, transportation, and construction defect cases, as well as representing large national retailers in all manner of premises liability actions. She continues this work with Fee Smith in her role as Senior Counsel. Ms. Allen is also an integral member of the firm’s excess casualty team, serving as both additional counsel and monitoring counsel, handling high-damage wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases on behalf of various excess liability carriers.

Ms. Allen is an Austin College alumna and attended the University of Texas School of Law, where she was an editor of The Review of Litigation and a member of the Board of Advocates. She currently lives in Southlake, Texas and is an avid Dragon football fan.
