Eugene Tagle represents clients in commercial and transportation litigation, premises liability, and products liability matters.
Eugene Tagle represents FS&S clients in commercial and transportation litigation, premises liability, and products liability matters. In his legal career, he has successfully represented clients nationwide in matters ranging in size from justice of the peace disputes under ten thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar wrongful death cases.
Mr. Tagle’s interest in the law began in high school when he served as both an attorney and witness on his L.V. Berkner High School mock trial team in Richardson, Texas. As a law student at the University of Minnesota, he was elected as one of three representatives of his law school class and also represented the entire law school student body in the university’s Graduate and Professional Student Association. He also gained valuable experience as an attorney on the law school’s ACTL trial competition team and by working with the domestic assault prosecution division of the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Tagle has more than twenty combined years of speaking experience as an attorney, teacher, and broadcast journalist, and uses that knowledge as a strong advocate for his clients both inside and outside
the courtroom.
Outside the office, Mr. Tagle serves as a mentor to law students and young attorneys and volunteers as
a judge with the same Texas High School Mock Trial program that sparked his passion for the law
decades ago.
