Cole is a senior associate with Fee Smith and joined the firm in 2021. He defends individuals and companies involved in personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases. Prior to Fee Smith, Cole worked as staff counsel for Liberty Mutual where he first-chaired jury trials and handled a voluminous docket of personal injury cases. Before that, Cole worked for a personal injury firm in Abilene, Texas where he represented both sides of the docket.

Cole is originally from Abilene, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for his Bachelor’s degree and received his J.D. and MBA from Texas Tech University.

• King v. Jones, Travis County, Texas. Obtained a favorable defense verdict when Plaintiff requested over $100,000.00 in damages. The jury awarded less than $2,000.00 in total damages.
• Gonzalez v. Wright, Travis County, Texas. Obtained favorable defense verdict in which jury awarded Plaintiff $500.00 in total damages.
