Bryan Reese began his legal career as a Dallas County assistant district attorney from 1994 to 1996, and was responsible for the prosecution of 150 misdemeanor and felony criminal trials. Currently, Mr. Reese is handling a broad range of high-exposure matters including major transportation accidents, premises liability, products liability and personal injury torts. He has successfully defended cases as lead trial counsel in county courts of law and district court levels. Mr. Reese maintains a heavy trial docket in both state and federal courts throughout Texas.

Mr. Reese has extensive experience defending electrical companies and contractors in premises liability cases including those resulting in electrocution. Lead trial counsel obtaining a complete defense verdict on behalf of AHF-Aspen Chase Apartments d/b/a Aspen Chase Apartments and Anterra Management Corp. in a case involving a wrongful death action in regard to the shooting of an 18-year-old male, Colinz Pope. Mr. Pope was an invitee on the property owned and managed by FSSV’s clients and was shot by a third party. Jury found 100% negligence/liability on Paul Tony Smith, the individual that shot Colinz Pope.
• Unseth vs. Alamo Cleaning Services, Inc. McKinney, Collin County, Texas. Lead trial counsel obtaining a defense verdict on behalf of Alamo Cleaning Services, Inc., in a case of a slip and fall whereby Ms. Unseth, an employee of the Walmart where the fall occurred, alleged she slipped and fell, injuring herself, on wax left on the floor by FSSV’s client, Alamo Cleaning Services, Inc. With numerous issues under dispute, including Ms. Unseth’s medical treatment and pre-existing conditions, the jury returned a no negligence defense verdict.
• O’Dell v. Baen-Bec, Inc. Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. Lead trial counsel obtaining defense verdict on behalf of client, Baen-Bec, Inc., in a case involving an electrical shock and fall from a ladder while repairing a sign at Pizza Inn that resulted in fractures of thoracic vertebra, shoulder and tibia, a rotator cuff tear and multiple internal injuries, including alleged brain injury, of a 45-year-old male Plaintiff. Jury found 90 percent negligence on Plaintiff and 10 percent on Defendant, resulting in a complete defense verdict.
• Galvez, et al. v. Sanchez, et al. Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. Lead trial counsel obtaining a complete defense verdict on behalf of client in a case involving a Jeep rollover accident resulting in a death and significant injuries to another passenger, including paralysis. Multimillion-dollar judgment awarded against Co-Defendant.
• Sanchez, et al. v. I.J.R., Inc., et al. Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. Lead trial counsel obtaining a complete defense verdict on behalf of clients Zacarias Gonzales Juarez and I.J.R., Inc., resulting from a fatality trucking accident.
• Rios v. Akins and QCD of Texas, et al. Travis County, Texas. Co-Trial counsel obtaining complete defense verdict in a multi-Plaintiff wrongful death/catastrophic injury case arising out of a transportation accident.

• White v. Johnson County Co-Op, Red Simpson, et al. Cleburn, Johnson County, Texas. Boating accident on Lake Granbury caused by high voltage power line resulting in electrocution of Plaintiff.
• Hampton, et al. v. Kayla’s Texas Movers, Inc. Austin, Travis County, Texas. Trucking accident resulting in a fatality and serious injury with allegations of numerous violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

• Najera, et al. v. TXU Electric Delivery Company, et al. Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. Electrocution resulting in the death of a 14-year-old boy, including allegations of numerous violations of the National Electric Safety Code and National Electric Code.
• Sanders v. Texas Utilities Company (TXU). Longview, Gregg County, Texas. Electrocution case involving underground utilities.
• Archie, et al. v. Shuttle King. Marshall, Harrison County, Texas. Tour bus accident resulting in the death of one passenger and major injuries to numerous others.
• Serre, et al. v. DRA Trucking, LLC. Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division. Trucking accident resulting in serious injury to several passengers, including closed head injury.
