Bryan Reese began his legal career as a Dallas County assistant district attorney from 1994 to 1996, and was responsible for the prosecution of 150 misdemeanor and felony criminal trials. Currently, Mr. Reese is handling a broad range of high-exposure matters including major transportation accidents, premises liability, products liability and personal injury torts. He has successfully defended cases as lead trial counsel in county courts of law and district court levels. Mr. Reese maintains a heavy trial docket in both state and federal courts throughout Texas.
Mr. Reese has extensive experience defending electrical companies and contractors in premises liability cases including those resulting in electrocution. Mr. Reese also specializes in the defense of cases that arise from major commercial transportation accidents, including allegations of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations violations.
