Equally respected by judges and opposing counsel, Ashley is a persuasive, personable, authentic, advocate who understands the human elements of litigation. She cuts through the legal jargon with juries and provides clients with clear, manageable, steps through the litigation process. Her clients know Ashley as responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, with the kind of grace under pressure that could only be learned from her tightly-knit family of small business owners and ranchers.

Ashley primarily defends transportation companies, rental car companies, and other businesses with commercial vehicle fleets. Her practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in personal injury, premises, products, transportation, construction liability matters, and business litigation cases. Her defense matters range from serious bodily injuries caused by car or truck accidents, slip and falls, product defects, construction accidents, and workplace accidents. Ashley is the Chair of the Animal Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and handles animal ownership disputes and dog bites. She also represents clients in pre- and post-marital agreements, divorce, and child custody matters.

Ashley attended Baylor University for undergraduate school, graduate school, and law school. While at Baylor Law School, Ashley received full-tuition scholarships for competing in and coaching policy debate and was part of Baylor Law School’s first all-female graduating class.
