Anthony R. LaScalea represents clients in matters ranging from products liability, commercial and transportation litigation and premises liability cases.
Anthony R. LaScalea has been a senior associate attorney at FS&S since 2017. He represents clients in matters ranging from products liability, commercial and transportation litigation and premises liability cases. He has tried cases representing both defendants and plaintiffs to juries at the Justice of the Peace level, County Court, District Court, and to the United States District Court. He has also conducted and defended over 250 depositions, attended more than 100 mediations, and litigated cases in all four federal districts in the State of Texas.
While in law school, Mr. LaScalea was selected to serve on the Office of Professional and Career Development Advisory Board and worked as a clerk in the University of Oklahoma Athletics Compliance Office and the Office of the General Counsel. He also served as a summer litigation associate in the Law Department for the City of Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. LaScalea graduated with University Honors from Auburn University, graduating in the top 15% of his class. During his time at Auburn, he was elected to the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business Executive Society and served as a manager for the Auburn University baseball team.
A dedicated supporter of organizations dedicated to improving the quality of education, Mr. LaScalea serves on numerous boards and has volunteered in schools in Tijuana, San Diego, Chicago, New York and Boston. He also remains active with the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation, YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, and serves on the board of the DFW Auburn Club. He is also a graduate of the Collin County Leadership and Citizen Prosecutor Academy and a former full-time staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives.
