He represents clients in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining FS&S, Mr. Toups practiced as a distinguished Deputy County Attorney, prosecuting crimes in the state of Montana. Prior to his criminal practice, Mr. Toups practiced for 4+ years in the realm of civil defense litigation, where he gained experience representing clients in personal injury claims, premises liability claims, construction liability and defects claims, products liability claims, and transactional law.
Mr. Toups draws on his considerable experience to assess the key legal issues presented in each matter early on, followed by a focused approach to meet the objectives of the client in an efficient and effective manner.
In his spare time, Mr. Toups is an avid fisherman and hunter, spending much of his free time outdoors.
