Mr. Mengis has helped bring favorable outcomes to clients in matters involving construction defects, premises liability, personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Mengis earned both his undergraduate and law degree from Louisiana State University. After graduating and earning his Louisiana law license, Mr. Mengis returned to his hometown of Houston, Texas to begin his practice. Mr. Mengis joined Fee Smith’s Houston office October 2019, where he represents his clients on a broad range of legal matters.
