Rocky Howard is a native Texan who grew up in both the Round Rock and the Bryan/College Station areas. Mr. Howard served in the United States Navy with distinction for seven years. After returning to civilian life, he utilized his degree from Texas A&M Construction Science Department in several construction professional positions, before continuing his education with a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Mr. Howard holds active memberships in the Texas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, Harris County Bar Association, and volunteers with the Wounded Warrior Project.
Mr. Howard has participated in and managed all aspects of complex construction litigation, including legal analysis, expert and inspection coordination, discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial/arbitrations. His practice primarily focuses on complex construction litigation, construction defect defense, liens, premises liability, and personal injury. Mr. Howard is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Mr. Howard’s diverse background and educational experience gives him a unique perspective and edge in delivering the best results for his clients. When not practicing law, Mr. Howard enjoys scuba diving, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends.
