Reilly T. McAfee joined Fee Smith in 2024 and maintains a diverse litigation practice with an emphasis on personal injury, construction liability and defects, shipping and transportation liability, products liability, premises liability, and Commercial Litigation. He represents clients in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining FS&S, Mr. McAfee practiced at a well-renowned Texas law firm specializing in personal injury law. Mr. McAfee also has experience representing companies and business owners, insurance carriers, and injured clients in litigation on both the Plaintiff and Defense side.

Prior to his law practice, Mr. McAfee operated a small business consulting company, serving the “Texas Triangle” and businesses in the communities that sit within it. During that time, Mr. McAfee gained valuable experience in all aspects of running a small business, serving and catering to the needs of businesses and business owners, and uniquely understands navigating and solving the most challenging and costly problems, financial and otherwise, that companies and business owners face when a legal dispute arises, and how to proactively prepare to prevent them in the future.

Mr. McAfee practice and the approach that he takes with each case and client draws on his legal and entrepreneurial experience to proactively assess the key legal issues and challenges presented in each matter, followed by a focused, business-minded approach to meet each client’s unique goals and objectives in an efficient and effective manner.

Mr. McAfee was born and raised in Central Texas, and currently resides in Dallas, Texas
