Nicholas A. Chrestopoulos joined Fee Smith & Sharp as an Associate in 2025. Nicholas has developed a practice primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation, and trucking and transportation liability.
Nicholas has successfully litigated civil cases across Texas, demonstrating his proficiency even under the most challenging circumstances. Prior to joining FS&S, Nicholas honed his litigation skills at personal injury law firms in north Texas, solidifying his reputation as a tenacious advocate for justice.
Nicholas was raised in the north Texas area by two teachers who taught him to never stop learning.
Nicholas earned his juris doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, known for its top-tier trial advocacy program. During his time at Texas Tech, he participated in two separate national mock trial advocacy teams. Before embarking on his legal career, Nicholas worked alongside one of the nation’s renowned jury and trial consultants gaining valuable perspectives of how a jury thinks and evaluates issues and evidence.
In his free time, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his soon-to-be growing family, exercising, and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
