Mauricio Chavez joined Fee Smith in 2020 and maintains a diverse litigation practice with an emphasis on personal injury, construction liability and defects, transportation liability, products liability, premises liability, and breach of contract. He represents clients in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining FS&S, Mr. Chavez practiced at a distinguished South Texas law firm specializing in admiralty and maritime law. Mr. Chavez also has experience representing insurance carriers in first-party litigation suits alleging bad faith and violations of the Texas Insurance Code.
