Marc D. Madrigal joined Fee Smith & Sharp as an Associate in 2024. He is a proven trial lawyer whose expertise and tenacity have earned him the respect of clients and peers alike. Marc has cultivated a diverse practice primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation, trucking and transportation liability, construction defect, premise liability, product liability, and commercial/business litigation matters.

Prior to joining FS&S, Marc honed his litigation skills at reputable personal injury law firms in central and south Texas, solidifying his reputation as a tenacious advocate for justice.
The first of four children, Marc was raised in the Rio Grande Valley by Mexican immigrants. His upbringing instilled in him a profound appreciation for diverse cultures and a fervent desire to champion the rights of others. Fluent in Spanish, Marc’s ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients underscores his commitment to accessibility and inclusivity in legal representation.
Marc earned his juris doctorate from Baylor Law School, renowned for its top-tier trial advocacy program. During his time at Baylor, he distinguished himself with the honor of the Order of Barrister in the Baylor Moot Court School Competition and he graduated with a specialization in civil litigation. Before embarking on his legal career, Marc served as a MALC legislative fellow during the 84th Texas State legislative session and clerked for a Texas Congressman in Washington D.C.
In his free time, Marc enjoys playing music and a variety of sports, including golf, basketball and soccer. He and his wife, Brittany, have a corgi. Together they like to travel and try new restaurants. Marc volunteers within his community and at his local church.
