He has served as lead counsel and national trial counsel in hundreds of state and federal cases across more than thirty states and U.S. territories and in trials from coast to coast.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

Mr. McGoldrick has represented clients including product and chemical manufacturers and distributors in catastrophic injury, industrial accident, premises, fire, toxic exposure and property damage cases, construction, trucking, aviation and transportation clients in catastrophic injury lawsuits, hospitals and healthcare companies in medical, device and drug liability matters, as well as businesses with commercial litigation risks and complex disputes in a variety of industries, including the successful prosecution of a Texas fraud and breach-of-contract aviation case featured in America’s Top 100 Verdicts.

When a Fortune 500 company faced massive claims for lost profits on the purchase of 670 tank rail cars, or risked large consequential damages arising out of its alleged failure to comply with the California Air Resource Board’s Ozone Depleting Substance Protocol thereby preventing the plaintiff from selling carbon offset credits, or needed a national trial counsel to defend an onslaught of hundreds of high-stakes product liability and chemical exposure lawsuits filed across the country, it was Mr. McGoldrick who got the call. He is versatile and strategic both in and out of the courtroom, and he is equally adept at creatively resolving disputes in manner calculated to serve a client’s business or legal strategy.
