Mr. Tormey is an Associate attorney in the firm’s Dallas Office. He has an extensive background in litigation including trucking and transportation, premises liability, products liability and insurance litigation. He has successfully argued motions in court, prepared successful dispositive motions, and negotiated complex settlements through alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Tormey earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and received his law degree from Baylor University. Mr. Tormey received his law license in 2022 and moved to Dallas. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tormey practiced personal injury and insurance litigation from the Plaintiff’s side, giving him a unique perspective on evaluating and resolving cases.
In his spare time, Mr. Tormey enjoys spending time with his wife Jenna and golden retriever Rosie and is an active member of Watermark Community Church. His weekends in the Fall are devoted to following Texas football and managing his fantasy football team.
