During her professional career, she has represented clients ranging from individuals to multi-billion-dollar corporations in a variety of practice areas from inception through trial, including cases on which she served as lead counsel. Her experience includes litigation in state and federal court as well as drafting appellate briefs for the Fifth Circuit.
Ms. Cutler graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014, where she majored in history. She earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2017. During law school, Ms. Cutler was a member of the Baylor Law Review and was a finalist in the National Pretrial Competition. Ms. Cutler is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2023, she was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
