Mr. Waddell received his J.D. from The University of North
Dakota Law School, where he served student director of the
UND Legal Clinic and actively participated in the Clinic, with
full accountability for handling all aspects of daily operations.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Waddell worked in
the field of residential construction as a superintendent and
in commercial construction as a project manager. Mark has
devoted his practice to complex litigation primarily
emphasizing on construction, commercial and consumer
litigation. He has had experience in both prosecuting and
defending cases in court as well as arbitration. Mark also
has additional experience as an Assistant Instructor for Turtle
Mountain Community College Online Contracts & Torts Class
for the Fall 2007 semester and Spring 2008 semester, and
was a Specialist (Honorable Discharge) in the United States
Army Presidential Escort Unit, 3rd U.S. Infantry Honor Guard.
