Trey attended Emory and Henry College on a Presidential
Scholarship and was a member of Gamma Theta Upsilon,
an international honors society. He graduated from Emory
and Henry in 2006 with two Bachelor of Arts degrees.
Trey earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist
University's Dedman School of Law in 2010. While in law
school, Trey worked part-time as a law clerk and also
volunteered at Central Dallas Ministries Law Center,
a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive
legal assistance to low-income families in Dallas. He also
mentored in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Association
of Texas.
