Mr. Sutton joined the firm in 2010 and his practice consists of representing companies and individuals in a broad range of practice areas, with emphasis in transportation liability, construction defect and premises liability litigation.
Since being licensed in 2006, Mr. Sutton has handled hundreds of lawsuits as lead litigation counsel in courts throughout the State of Texas. With bench and jury trial experience in both State and Federal Court venues, Mr. Sutton's experience allows him to successfully pursue and obtain the best possible results for his clients at all stages of the litigation process.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Sutton practiced with two litigation firms in Austin, Texas with emphasis on labor and employment law, transportation liability, premises liability, malpractice liability and business and commercial liability.
While in law school, Mr. Sutton was an active member of the University of Houston Moot Court Team, where he won the American Bar Association's Regional Negotiation Competition in both 2003 and 2004. Mr. Sutton's success in these and other competitions led to his election of the National Chapter of the Order of Barristers upon graduation from law school.
