A Texas Super Lawyer, partner Steve Springer has enjoyed a successful statewide trial practice for twenty-five years.

After four years as a prosecutor for the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Springer has defended companies and individuals in civil litigation in state and federal courts in Texas. Having tried over two-hundred cases to verdict, Mr. Springer has extensive trial experience in a broad range of tort cases encompassing first-party bad faith and extra-contractual insurance code violations, DTPA, premises liability, professional malpractice, broker E & O, transportation and commercial litigation. During his career, Mr. Springer has tried at least one case to verdict in 27 separate Texas counties.

Mr. Springer currently maintains Advocate status in the American Board of Trial Advocates where has served as a director in the Dallas Chapter since 2007and is the current Membership Chairman. He has served as a National Board Representative for the Dallas Chapter since January of 2009. He has written and spoken frequently on subjects including defending first-party breach of contract, bad faith and extra-contractual cases, cross examining medical experts, evaluating and defending closed head injuries with an emphasis on the evaluation and cross-examination testimony of neuropsychologists, and evaluating medical records for claims representatives and attorneys. Mr. Springer completed the ten (10) week Legal Medicine course at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX under the tutelage of William Gonyea, M.D., Professor of Cell Biology and Neuroscience.

Mr. Springer has been named to the faculty of the inaugural Princeton Trial Academy at Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, in June of 2010.
