Ms. Putonti represents companies and individuals in state and federal court in a wide array of matters involving construction defect,
environmental, transportation, and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Ms. Putonti practiced in a well respected litigation firm in Houston, Texas where she gained experience
as a litigator handling a diverse practice including insurance coverage, insurance defense, contractual disputes, premises liability,
admiralty and maritime transportation and cargo matters. She oversaw numerous onboard investigations of maritime casualties on vessels in the
Gulf of Mexico. Prior to attending law school, she managed environmental claims and litigation for a large insurance company.
Ms. Putonti has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Houston, Texas representing the the best interest of the child for children
in the custody of the State of Texas. She was a member of the 2005-06 Leadership Academy class in Houston, Texas . She was the founder and
co-chair of the Houston Young Lawyers' Association HAYS Center Committee which provides legal seminars to teenagers in state custody regarding
their rights and responsibilities once they turn eighteen and "age out" of the system.
While in law school, Ms. Putonti was a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board, the Connecticut Mock Trial Team, an editor of the
Connecticut Insurance Law Journal, and Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta.
Ms. Putonti spends her free time with her husband, Stephen, stepsons, Mason and Dean, and new baby girl, Elaina. She is an active member
of Lake Hills Church and serves in the Children's Ministry.
