Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Peters served as an Assistant County Attorney in Aransas County where he gained valuable courtroom experience prosecuting criminal matters. He continued his career as a trial lawyer on the civil side of the docket and has been lead trial counsel in over 15 cases before a jury. Mr. Peters' trial experience enables him to evaluate and prepare a case from its inception to conclusion. He believes that developing a strategy with trial as the end goal, also increases the likelihood of a desirable settlement of the matter.
