Ms. Ondich represents companies and individuals in high-exposure and high-profile disputes in federal and state courts all over Texas. Ms. Ondich has represented clients in a number of contexts, including first party "bad faith" litigation, insurance coverage litigation, construction litigation and commercial business litigation, involving both contractual and tort claims. Since joining the firm, Ms. Ondich's practice has expanded to include catastrophic tort cases involving transportation and premises liability matters.

Ms. Ondich graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, Board of Barristers and TYLA, ATLA and NITA Invitational Tournament of Champions Mock Trial Teams, and received numerous academic and advocacy awards. The publishers of Texas Monthly and Texas Lawyer magazines recently recognized Ms. Ondich as a "Rising Star" for 2006.

In addition to her trial work, Ms. Ondich has been a speaker at various seminars involving a number of insurance issues and their impact on the insurance and construction industries.
