John is licensed to practice in Texas and the United States
District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts
of Texas. He is a member of the Texas State Bar, Dallas
Young Lawyers Association and the Defense Research
Institute.
John received his J.D. in 2008 from The University of
Alabama School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor
for the Law and Psychology Review. While at Alabama,
John won "Best Paper" awards in Corporate Finance
and Consumer Protection, was elected SGA Senator for
the Law School, acted as a certified legal intern for the
Elder Law Clinic and was a member of the Farrah
Law Society.
A native of Abbeville, Alabama, John graduated from The University of Alabama cum laude in 2005 with a B.A. in political science with minors in business administration and the University Honors Program. He was President of Sigma Nu fraternity, vice-president of Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society, a Presidential Scholar and a member of Jason's Society.
