Joseph Gregory is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in many diversified areas, including patent and trademark cases, commercial litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation and insurance defense matters. He has extensive trial experience, has taken more than 25 jury trials to verdict and has obtained numerous summary judgments for his clients on a variety of cases ranging from employment to personal injury. He has been very successful in handling appeals having recently obtained a ruling from the Texas Supreme Court in the case of Rose v. Garland Community Hospital, which was a positive outcome for the hospital. Joe believes in timely reporting to clients, and works to avoid "courthouse-step" settlements. He keeps his clients timely informed of all developments in their cases and lets them know which cases are appropriate for settlement and which ones need to be tried.
