Clint Cox came to Fee, Smith, Sharp and Vitullo, L.L.P. after serving a collective eight years as a Captain in the United States Air Force and six years in management for the General Electric Company.

In 2006 and 2007, Texas Super Lawyer Magazine selected Mr. Cox as a “Rising Star,” for lawyers under 40 who rank in the top 2.5% of the best up-and-coming lawyers in the state.

Clint Cox is currently handling representation of companies and individuals in high-exposure and high-profile disputes in federal and state courts throughout Texas.

In recent years, Mr. Cox has been litigation and trial counsel for clients in a broad range of commercial, business, employment, and catastrophic tort cases involving transportation, construction, insurance bad faith, deceptive trade practices, and premises liability matters. He also represents companies and their principals in non-litigation contexts and counsels them on improving their corporate policies training, safety programs and compliance with State and Federal Law.

Figeuroa v. Cives Corporation – counsel representing steel subcontractor in catastrophic injury claims where paralyzed Plaintiff sought in excess of $20,000,000. (Harris County, Texas)

Burroughs et al. v. Swift Transportation, Inc. – counsel representing a national trucking company involved in a catastrophic multi-fatality trucking accident. (Grey County, Texas)
