Mrs. Cassidy joined the Firm in March of 2007 and brought with her experience in defending clients in cases involving catastrophic loss both in transportation and premises liability matters.

Mrs. Cassidy began her career as a trial lawyer in 1999 at the Bexar County District Attorney’s office in San Antonio, Texas where she gained invaluable experience in the courtroom. She continued her career as a trial lawyer in civil defense since 2000 and has tried over 20 cases to verdict. Mrs. Cassidy’s trial experience enables her to approach each of her cases with the end result being that of trial. In doing so, she is able to facilitate a settlement resolution when necessary or build her case so as to be the most prepared attorney in the courtroom.

In addition to her trial work, Mrs. Cassidy has been a frequent speaker at various insurance companies and trucking organizations speaking on topics involving claims handling and what to do in the event of a catastrophic loss.
