Meredith Clayton Allen

Ms. Allen joined the firm in August 2009 and brought with her experience in defending clients in products liability, mass tort and residential and commercial construction defect cases, representing large retailers in all manner of premises liability litigation and defending transportation cases involving catastrophic loss. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Allen practiced law with two well-respected Dallas insurance defense firms, maintaining a varied civil litigation docket and independently handing all phases of litigation and trial preparation. Ms. Allen currently maintains an extensive motion practice and provides litigation support to the firm by preparing and arguing complex pre- and post-trial motions, taking and defending depositions and representing clients at mediation.

While in law school, Ms. Allen was an editor of The Review of Litigation, a member of the Board of Advocates, a Thad T. Hutcheson Moot Court Competition quarterfinalist and a Carl W. Wilson Mock Trial Competition quarterfinalist.
